CHEF’S TABLE


The Chef’s Table at Marcus is an exhilarating gastronomic experience.


From your private dining table and entertaining space you’ll have front-row seats to watch the award-winning team at work. Their chef patrons, Mark and Shauna Froydenlund, and the talented brigade, will be happy to answer questions and divulge the secrets of the kitchen.


The show begins from your first enquiry, with the dedicated events team working with you to orchestrate the perfect experience. This is dining with a sense of drama – and they make sure every detail is fully rehearsed and note perfect.


Every Chef’s Table experience is a one-off. Whether it’s a five-course lunch or eight-course dinner menu, seasonal dishes, hand-picked from their repertoire, are the order of the day. A wine selection, created with their executive sommelier, provides a perfectly complementary finishing touch.


Prices start at £115 per person for lunch, £150 per person for dinner with an optional canapé reception at £20 per person.


À La Carte The three-course À La Carte menu is priced at £90 per guest and is available Monday to Friday.

A selection of starters, main courses and dearest are individually prices.

Chefs set dinner menu 3 courses £75 per person.


Taste menu The seasonal Taste menu, starting at £115, offers the flexibility of five or eight courses and allows you to experience favourite seasonal dishes, hand-picked by the chef patrons.


Lunch menu The four-course menu is available Monday to Friday, at £55 per person.

Chefs set lunch 3 courses £55 per person.


Saturday The five or eight-course tasting menu is available for lunch and dinner, from £115 per person.
