Missoni Men’s SS18 Mare collection encompasses that ineffable essence of summertime delights; regeneration, bursts of color throughout parched landscapes and ever-changing sunsets that never fail to enchant and inspire their beholder.
Drawing inspiration from the Men’s SS18 Pre-Collection, this seasons Mare Collection unleashes the colors of the garden allowing them to come to life in abstract form with elements of pop.
The range includes prints, patchworks and yarn-dyed nylon in technical and brushed variants. Missoni’s iconic chevron pattern comes in a multicolored micro design as well as a super dégradé macro design.
An expressively graphic floral design has been applied to nylon shorts as well as prints on space-dyed jersey for t-shirts.
To finish off the collection, Missoni has teamed up once again with Malibu Sandals, makers of the contemporary huarache.
This season sees the introduction of the Colony, a woven slip-on crafted from space-dye-inspired nylon tape in four variants: shadow blue and powder white, shadow blue and persimmon, safflower red and military green and black plumb and bamboo green.
